If you don’t have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Buying items online can be daunting, so we want you to realize that there are absolutely zero risks in buying something from our website. If you don’t like it, we’ll make it right.

The One-Year Warranty is void if you:

– Overlubed your machine

– Dropped your machine

– Tampered with the motor

– Replaced parts on your own

And please provide the order number, product pictures, and video when submitting the warranty verification email. This info can speed up the verification process. The audit result will be sent to you by email.

  1. If the machine breaks within 30 days of receiving the order and is still not repaired after contacting customer service, we will send you a new machine for free.
  2. If the machine breaks within the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance. The problem of machines can’t be solved through remote support; you can ship the machine to our maintenance address for free maintenance. Meanwhile, the buyer will pay the shipping fee for sending it back.
